Indirect Positioning
Indirect positioning refers to search engine results, such as Google, where the pages that publish the client’s press releases, articles, or content appear. These pages are part of AndeanWire’s distribution network. The client’s website itself is not positioned directly unless expressly agreed upon.
Scope of the Guarantee – Indirect Positioning
For the purpose of verifying the positioning achieved, a search query containing between four (4) and five (5) words minimum (excluding articles and prepositions) will be performed. The objective shall be considered fulfilled if at least one of the portals within the network appears among the top search results.
Valid search examples:
- Technological innovation project Colombia
- Expert family lawyer Bogotá
- Independent music festivals Medellín
Publication on External Media, Partners, Influencers, and Other Services
Given the editorial independence of media outlets, influencers, journalists, and other strategic partners, AndeanWire’s guarantee is limited to the verifiable submission of the content to these parties.
Final publication on media outlets that are not directly owned by AndeanWire is neither guaranteed nor mandatory, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Content Permanence on Google and Digital Platforms
The permanence of content on search engines and digital platforms depends exclusively on the algorithms and policies of these services (such as Google, Bing, etc.). Therefore, AndeanWire assumes no direct or indirect responsibility for possible changes, fluctuations, or removals that may occur after the delivery of the report.
Minimum Guaranteed Permanence on AndeanWire Portals
The minimum guaranteed permanence of content published on portals that are directly part of the AndeanWire network is twelve (12) calendar months.
This does not imply the automatic removal of content after this period has elapsed, but rather establishes a minimum availability period.
AndeanWire reserves the right to remove or modify previously published content that includes information considered misleading, inaccurate, excessively promotional, or that may affect third parties or associated brands.

AndeanWire and its associated portals act only as channels for informational distribution and do not guarantee or endorse the products, services, statements, or results derived from such content.
Readers and users are advised to independently verify the legality, transparency, suitability, or feasibility of any offer mentioned in the publications.
