What is the Management?

The Processes of the Management

The management of the processes approaches the day-to-dayness of the organization, it implies the control of the work routine. Their fundamental purpose is to guarantee the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the repetitive processes of an organization. For the case that occupies us it is not another that the operative manual of OG that contains the processes and procedures standardized for the administration of an OG. It involves the development of the cycle PHVA (to Drift, to Make, to Verify and to Act). to Drift is the form like the organization you define  its goals and the mechanisms to reach them. To make is the way like the organization generates actions to educate its actors to execute the planned tasks. To verify is the mechanisms that it establishes the organization to know the results of the tasks and to evaluate the achievement of the objective ones and lastly, to Act "correctively", it is the development of actions in front of the results of the verification in contrast with the gliding.

The Culture of the Management  

It is understood as the group of deliberate and planned actions, guided to lead the transformation, invigoration and/or integration of the patterns and characteristic cultural desirable for the organization. This element is vital for an organization in the measure in that its success depends on the capacity that this has of being constantly adapted to the changes of the context, to the identification that makes of the organization type that he/she wants to be and the actions that  develops to consolidate as such.

Projects of the Management  

It is the application of knowledge, abilities, tools and technical to activities of projects in such a way that can be completed or to exceed the necessities of the patrons of the project. To complete or to exceed these necessities means to balance the specific demands related with reach, time, cost and quality.

Production of the Management   

It is the development of the knowledge, abilities, dexterities and aptitudes for the address and taking of effective decisions in an Organization or Company and their integration and renovation for the achievement of the objectives settled down in the excellent production of goods or services and the satisfaction of the necessities of their clients.

Risk

The business risk is the threat that an event or an action can affect adversely to an organization in its function . Main that is not another that to increase to the maximum their value for the groups of interest and to achieve their business objectives.

A group of methods that allows: To identify the risks, to analyze the risks, to Evaluate the risks.
